Do I need a calibrated measurement microphone?

No. The tool is designed around an uncalibrated phone or laptop microphone. For the 92,000+ plans generated since launch, phone sweeps have been sufficient. If you already own a calibrated mic (e.g., UMIK-1, miniDSP EARS), you can upload a sweep from it for marginally tighter low-frequency resolution below 80 Hz.

What does the treatment plan include?

Every plan includes an annotated frequency-response curve, a room diagram showing recommended product placement, the specific RMuff SKUs sized to your room dimensions, expected post-treatment NRC and RT60 targets, and a parts list with pricing.
